HR Manager Jobs in Ohio

A Human Resources (HR) Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and implementing the HR policies, procedures, and programs of a company. Certification from recognized bodies, such as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), can enhance credibility and job prospects. Prior to becoming a HR Manager, individuals might have roles such as HR Assistant, HR Specialist, or HR Generalist to gain relevant experience and skills.
