Benefits Manager Jobs in District of Columbia

Many Benefits Managers hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and some roles may require a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar certification. Before becoming a Benefits Manager, a person might work as a Human Resources Generalist, Compensation and Benefits Specialist, or Human Resources Manager.
