Compensation Manager Jobs in Oklahoma

A Compensation Manager in the human resources industry is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a company's compensation strategy. They assess the organization's pay structure, analyze compensation data within the industry, ensure internal and legal pay equity, and design incentive and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Professional certifications like Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) are often preferred. Prior to becoming a Compensation Manager, an individual might have roles such as Compensation Analyst, HR Generalist, or HR Manager.
