Benefits Administrator Jobs in Glendale Heights, IL
A Benefits Administrator in the human resources industry is primarily responsible for managing and administering the employee benefits programs of a company. This professional must ensure that these programs are implemented correctly, are compliant with legal requirements, manage benefits enrollments and answer employee inquiries about their benefits.
