Provide project management direct services and mentorship to supported lines of business.
Own delivering projects on-time, on-budget, and with quality, within established thresholds.
Assist divisions in defining supporting projects to achieve strategic objectives.
Develop project plans with milestones for approved projects. Actively tracks critical path, % complete, project and task dependencies, and actively updates forecast for completion.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, budget, resources, schedule, and benefits through good risk identification and management.
