Are you ready for the next big step in your Staffing career? Ready to lead a staffing group with a strong presence in Central Ohio? We're in the process of identifying our next candidate to lead our staffing division to a new era of growth! This position is a precursor to the next step; leading our company's 30+ year-old staffing division and reporting directly to the CEO.
What You'll Do:
- Manage partnerships with key external client base, both for senior-level permanent positions and hourly / temporary positions where applicable
- Build and implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging a variety of channels, including job boards, referrals and recruitment marketing. Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for key roles across the business
- Manage, mentor and develop the high-volume recruitment team (hiring strong recruiters when needed) to ensure we meet current and future staffing requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering superior customer service
- Identify and prioritize new business revenue opportunities and develop a strategy for closing new business accounts
- Drive growth within existing accounts
- Collaborate with the finance team to track expenditures, optimize pricing models, and increase profitability.
- Responsible for oversight of employee life cycle
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience leading high-volume recruiting teams across both internal and agency settings, with a demonstrated ability to foster urgency and adaptability in alignment with the fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Proven track record of scaling recruitment efforts in environments that require filling many positions in a short time frame
- Clear and concise communication style with the ability to influence and enact change
- Self-starter, builder, and someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty
- You genuinely care about helping people and solving their problems. You're not just selling a service-you're building lasting partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Compensation and Bonus structure commensurate with candidate's experience.
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five years B2B sales and/or recruitment required.
Advanced, relevant experience considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
Hybrid schedule
40% Travel Local to Columbus, OH and surrounding area
