As HR Supervisor, you will provide leadership and direction to develop and execute HR strategies. Through team leadership and business partnership, you will enhance HR functions, streamline processes, and elevate associate engagement. Your HR expertise and passion for making a difference through people will play a critical role in driving success at one of Plastipaks largest manufacturing sites.

You Will

  • Lead a team of HR professionals (Trainer, Recruiter & HR Generalist) to ensure consistent and effective HR operations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve employee retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
  • Drive the redesign and implementation of HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with department and company objectives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance associate skills, engagement, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement surveys) and help implement data-driven strategies to improve retention and engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and associates, providing guidance on HR-related matters, policies, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal labor laws and company policies.
  • Participate in organizational development initiatives, supporting training and professional development to foster associate growth.
  • Champion culture efforts within the organization, helping drive and create a culture of belonging and respect.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management to report on progress, challenges, and results.

You Have

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of broad-based Human Resources experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Subject matter expertise in employee relations, talent development, performance management, and HR best practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and develop actionable insights.
