The Senior HRIS Analyst is a key member of the HRIS team within the Global Human Resources division. This role is responsible for partnering with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), and business users to leverage data analytics and business insights in support of strategic business outcomes. Acting as a liaison, the Senior HRIS Analyst gathers and translates business requirements for strategic HR initiatives and projects.

This role includes responsibility for configuration and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and SAP Compensation. The analyst coordinates testing processes for new system releases and data elements, develops and executes test scripts, defines testing timelines, analyzes results, and ensures proper documentation. They work closely with IT to validate system changes and ensure accurate implementation.

Overall, the Senior HRIS Analyst performs systems configuration and supports the coordination of end-to-end systems functionality testing. They are capable of leading HRIS workstreams on internal projects and contribute to driving process efficiencies and improvements across the HRIS landscape.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with Principal Analyst(s) and Manager to ensure alignment with organizational objective for HR modules being supported.
  • Oversees and resolves escalated tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Conducts complex data review and cleansing activities, including defect resolutions and data imports.
  • Maintains data quality and governance processes to uphold organizational standards.
  • Documents intermediate or module-specific business requirements to align with organizational goals.
  • Leads testing of routine system updates for future releases, ensuring system integrity and functionality.
  • Supports and leads responses to audit and compliance requests, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Writes high-level SOPs in collaboration with System Administrators to establish clear operational guidelines.
  • Supports and leads system configuration activities to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Identifies opportunities for data process improvements and manages related initiatives.
  • Offers guidance to Analysts as required, fostering skill development and teamwork.
  • Develops and maintains system permission settings to ensure appropriate access controls.
  • Develops and executes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or regression tests to validate system performance.
  • Plans, develops, and delivers reports, analyses, and presentations to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 years of experience in HRIS management or HR technology OR High School/ GED and at least 4 years of experience in HRIS management or HR technology.
  • Experience configuring, enhancing, and testing HR Management Systems (preferred SAP/Employee Central or other SuccessFactors modules).
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data and/or scenarios in order to identify issues, trends, or expectations to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
  • Experience using business analytical skills including facilitating requirements sessions and documenting process workflows and business requirements.
  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic skills in both Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
