Compensation Manager Jobs in Minnesota
A Compensation Manager in the human resources industry is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a company's compensation strategy. They assess the organization's pay structure, analyze compensation data within the industry, ensure internal and legal pay equity, and design incentive and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, they monitor the effectiveness of these programs and make adjustments as needed. They also collaborate with HR and management to develop job descriptions and determine the appropriate compensation.

They should also have a sound understanding of HR practices and labor legislation. Professional certifications like Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) are often preferred.
