Compensation Manager Jobs in Louisiana

A Compensation Manager in the human resources industry is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a company's compensation strategy. Professional certifications like Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) are often preferred. Prior to becoming a Compensation Manager, an individual might have roles such as Compensation Analyst, HR Generalist, or HR Manager.
