We are seeking an HR Representative who will provide critical support to our Human Resources team, helping to resolve employee relations matters, manage data accuracy, and promote employee engagement. How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate non-complex employee relations concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
  • Lead and manage policy training sessions for new hires to support their assimilation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity for decision-making.
  • Support initiatives that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
  • Collaborate on various HR projects and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Partner with HR team members as a backup resource to support seamless HR operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by HR Business Partners or the Director of HR.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or secondary schooling
  • 1+ year of Human Resources-related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strategic thinking and a collaborative approach to challenges
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort communicating with employees at all levels via email and phone
  • Ability to self-direct work and meet goals and deadlines independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to handle employee records with confidentiality and security

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College coursework or degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of HR experience, specifically in handling non-complex employee relations issues or conducting human resources investigations
  • Experience using an HRIS database
  • Human resources experience in a contact center environment

Work Environment:

  • Remote, office-based environment with normal lighting and climate-controlled settings
  • May occasionally require evening or weekend work
