Recruiting Coordinator

• Temporary assignment
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for manufacturing and industrial positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools to streamline processes

• Manufacturing recruiting experience (required)
• Bachelors degree strongly preferred
• Full-cycle recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
