The Talent Acquisition team plays a vital role in identifying talent to help our business grow
Work from our Retail Support Office in Spokane, Washington and support leaders across the Retail division
Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will provide exemplary customer service to our nomnom branded retail stores with over 30 locations across Washington State and Idaho
Key activities include:
Establish a rapport with hiring managers to gain a solid understanding of recruiting needs and challenges
Ensure quality in the candidate and hiring manager experience and promote engagement and satisfaction in the recruiting process
Use SuccessFactors and other tools and systems to manage candidate and job requisition workflow
Develop and deploy a proactive sourcing plan for high volume positions
Establish partnerships with affinity groups, 2nd chance organizations and the greater community to increase the candidate pipeline in the Retail space
Support a focused marketing and outreach strategy to enhance the Par Pacific and associated brands
Research, suggest, and attend job fairs/career expos as needed based on current and forecasted hiring needs
Assist with integration, process improvements and other special projects using technology and relationships
Travel to store locations to meet team members, learn store operations, and shadow employees on day to day work activities (primarily day trips within Spokane and occasionally to stores throughout Washington & Idaho)

Qualifications
To meet the basic qualifications for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Additional qualifications include:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter required
Ability to work in office Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm
Willingness and ability to work an 8 hour shift in a store location once a quarter
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field preferred
Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices required
Extensive knowledge and experience with full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques required
Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
Solid understanding of which job boards lead to a high candidate return for certain types of roles
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing strategies for a mid-size program, preferably in the Retail sector
Recruiting experience in managing high volume and hard to fill roles preferred
