Recruiter

Apparel, textiles both wholesale and retail, logistics and special projects. One special project is where you are looking for a dozen sorted CTA's in any area of expertise that have a consulting background. Recruiters wanted for our over fourty year old executive search firm, SCOTT-THALER CREATIVE TALENT GROUP. Must have at least three years' experience working searches from beginning to end in any or all the above-mentioned disciplines. Sourcing and recruiting both Candidates and Clients. Needs to be professionally committed to the trade. We offer excellent service to our Clients and get paid timely for our dedicated work.

QUALIFICATIONS.

Work with accounting and finance recruiting a plus (in any category).
Three plus years' experience with either apparel, textiles wholesale and retail, logistics or all.
Proven track record of all the phases and stages of full-scale recruiting.
Computer savvy with tracking systems
Need to know how to establish respect and control of the Candidates and Clients and yourself.
High volume recruiting during trying times
Need references from Candidates, Clients and prior employees and vendors, if applicable .
Resolution and negotiation skills.
Must be dog friendly
Integrity with striving for excellence and making money
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carryout and apply effective recruiting strategies with wholeness.
Command Presence (in person and or by voice) and radiate an effective service image
Know how to evaluate, change and create proper Job Orders and Resumes.
Prep both the Candidate and client for the interview.

Based on various factors when we meet.
LOCATION:

We have an office in The Cooper Design Center, 860 South Los Angeles 90014
Can be remote after 60 days or combination.
