Hybrid-Talent Acquisition SpecialistCategory:Admin/HR/Accounting/FinanceEmployment Type:ContractReference:BH-383857Hybrid-Talent Acquisition Specialistneeded for a contractopportunity with Yoh's client located in Columbus, OHThe Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:Associate with a business-related concentration or equivalent experienceTwo (2) to four (4) years of experience owning full life cycle recruiting for a wide variety of roles at all levelsAt least two (2) years of experience in sourcing and process management/closing capacitiesAbility to go onsite Tuesdays and WednesdaysPay Range: $40 - $60/hr; depending on experienceWhat You'll Be Doing:Partner with Sourcing Consultant to create sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse, qualified talent pipelines that meet current and future hiring needs and drive growth across the business units you supportBased on hiring trends, proactive source and create pipelines for rolesPerform resume reviews, phone screens, present candidate slate to hiring leader, advise hiring leader on hiring process and facilitate job offer process between successful candidate and hiring leaderUse excellent negotiation skills to 'close the deal' and secure top talent for the organizationDrive high candidate experience favorability scores, regardless of the hiring outcome, by supporting candidates through the recruiting process and providing strong feedback during and afterServe as a brand ambassador by sharing our value proposition to increase and strengthen our brand in the marketLead by example by maintaining all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring maximum usage of the systemContribute to developing and implementing diversity and community recruiting initiatives in support of the organization's diverse hiring goals and objectivesLeverage multiple channels and social media technology in recruitment campaignsCommunicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements)What You Need to Bring to the Table:Associate with a business-related concentration or equivalent experienceTwo (2) to four (4) years of experience owning full life cycle recruiting for a wide variety of roles at all levelsHave experience and passion for inclusiveness and diversityAt least two (2) years of experience in sourcing and process management/closing capacitiesA consistent track-record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition settingStrong time-management and organizational skillsBonus Points!
