Come join us and put your talents to work! 2, RPOWe're looking for aRecruiter 2to join ourDZConneXteamremotely.As a Recruiter 2, here's the work you'll do:Utilize pro-active recruiting techniquesCarry a full desk to source and screen talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunitiesRecruit full life cycle: manufacturing and skilled tradesATS folder clean-out, offer letter / employment agreement creation, screening of resumes, phone screening of candidates, onboarding assistance, source for passive candidates, create candidate pipelinesWork towards fulfilling both individual performance goals as well as contribute to the overall success of the client needsSupport the recruitment of DZConneX's client Customer Fulfillment CenterAdhere to OFCCP guidelines and company standardsAnd if you have these qualifications:Three plus years of recruitment experience (Corporate, RPO, or Staffing)Technical, manufacturing, and engineering recruitingBachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experienceExcellent customer serviceexperienceExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExperience in and a thorough understanding of the recruitment processProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Power PointA working knowledge and familiaritywith applicant tracking systemsWhat's in it for you?This role provides an opportunity to work remotely and support one of America's most admired companies.
