We are currently seeking a Bilingual Engagement & Onboarding Specialist to join a performance-driven organization committed to employee experience and workforce development. This role is ideal for an early-career HR or talent professional who is passionate about creating meaningful connections with frontline employees and supporting strong retention practices. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Broward County, Florida. Candidates must be local and able to begin work immediately. Regular travel to locations in Miami-Dade and surrounding areas is required. This is a field-based position supporting multiple locations within Broward and Miami-Dade counties . Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish , with the ability to travel to sites within driving distance on a weekly basis. About the Role: The Engagement & Onboarding Specialist will serve as the bridge between newly hired employees and operational leadership, ensuring that every new team member experiences a thoughtful and inclusive onboarding process. This role plays a key part in advancing employee retention, engagement, and connection to company values during the first crucial months of employment. You'll work closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and site leadership to coordinate events, track engagement data, conduct stay interviews, and support employee communications and recognition programs. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding, engagement, and early retention efforts across designated locations. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and site leaders to support seamless handoffs from hire to Day One. Conduct stay interviews and pulse surveys to identify trends and improve the employee experience. Support coordination of virtual and in-person events that foster employee connection, belonging, and recognition. Assist in the facilitation of new hire orientations, onboarding programs, and DEI initiatives tied to early tenure. Track new hire retention data and engagement KPIs to inform workforce strategies. Maintain documentation and tools to improve onboarding processes and communications. Collaborate with operational teams to deploy training content and engagement campaigns. Candidate Profile: 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, or operations. Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business, or related majors ideal). Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Personable, caring, and enthusiastic about helping others succeed in their roles. Able to manage time independently, work across multiple departments, and build relationships at all levels. Comfortable traveling weekly to sites across Broward and Miami-Dade counties (must have valid driver's license). Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday or similar HRIS is a plus. Familiarity with social media or digital tools used for employee communications is a bonus.
