Purpose of Position

The HRIS Analyst, Senior will be responsible for ensuring proper design, configuration, testing, maintenance, and documentation of system upgrades, change requests and processes. This position will support the respective global HR COE on HR technology and provide guidance to the HRIS Analysts.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support and maintenance of one or more modules within the global HCM platform including, but not limited to: processing of employee transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures; researching and resolving system problems and unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Ensures accuracy of data through routine data audits and validation to identify discrepancies and missing data.
  • Assist in key reporting and analytics projects required by HR team and leadership engaging data source owners and delivering against expectations.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR metrics and dashboards.
  • Assist in the implementation & enhancement projects by providing support to requirement gathering and documentation, business process mapping and redesign, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, cutover coordination, training and system post go live stabilization.
  • Provides end user training and guidance as needed.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience preferred.

Minimum Experience

  • 5-8 years related experience or training.
  • Deep understanding of HR Information Systems administration required; Cloud-based HCM platform is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll practices and processes.
  • Advanced experience with MS Office Suite; highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and in general strong database management skills including the ability to merge, clean and analyze large amounts of data. (Excel VBA/macros, Index, Match, Vlookup, Power Query, Power Pivots, Slicers are considered advanced Excel skills).
  • Strong data visualization skills.
