Job Purpose or Objective(s): Design, implement and evaluate a range of leadership and management development programs that enable current and future leaders to effectively and consistently perform at a high-level to achieve CNO strategic objectives and goals.
Primary Tasks:
Design a suite of programs that create a clear career path from first line manager through to the executive team so that leadership potential is developed in line with organizational needs.
Successfully lead and manage a group of high-performing training professionals to deliver an array of effective and productive and training programs.
Leverage industry expertise and deep knowledge of the organization to create and curate highly complex leadership development experiences and programs.
Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure the vision is aligned with organizational objectives utilizing key performance indicators to demonstrate progress.
Improve understating of leadership behaviors at all levels across the organization and support leaders and managers in ensuring they demonstrate capabilities and actions consistent with expectations.
Develop and maintain an emphasis on internal learning with strategic use of external partners where appropriate.
Ability to measure facilitator effectiveness, course content delivery, and learning survey metrics.
Develop content to achieve organizational goals and leadership development strategy.
Research industry best practices and trends to continuously improve leadership strategies.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of directly related experience.
Intermediate at planning and organizing activities to meet business needs.
Ability to analyze data and use to guide decision making.
Functional usage of standard office equipment and software packages that support business processes.
Advanced at shifting mindsets and assessing facts and circumstances.
Advanced at orienting workflows and utilizing project management to achieve goals.
Three plus (3+) years' experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives.
Five (5) years' comprehensive job-related experience in guiding and training others to obtain knowledge and experience to help achieve goals.
