Title of Position: VP/Chief Human Resources Officer
Position Type: Full-Time. Typical shifts include Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Compensation Range: $270,000/yr. -$340,000/yr. * Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*
Location: Position is on-site in Endwell, NY, Saddle Brook, NJ ,Randolph, NJ or Muhlenberg, PA. Hybrid work opportunity may be available.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to all direct reports and their respective divisions including Human Resources and Culture & Inclusion.
- Establish and implement a comprehensive Talent Strategy to align with and support Enterprise Strategic Plan. Partner with key stakeholders and direct reports on continual development and execution of plan
- Identify top areas of opportunity related to Talent Strategy and talent management and plan resources and focus accordingly.
- Create and implement enterprise-wide human resources strategies and programs that facilitate transformative HR
- Ensure effective human resource management systems, processes and standards are in place to support business strategies and in accordance with federal, state, local regulatory requirements
- Lead and oversee continual review, evolution, efficacy, and compliance of all employee benefit offerings and talent acquisition and retention efforts.
- Oversee Talent Management/Development efforts and strategies and gather cross functional support and ideas as appropriate.
- Oversee and champion for internal DEIB efforts, helping to continually embed the importance of inclusion in the organizational culture.
- Monitor key metrics related to DEIB and employee experience and lead or support efforts toward organizational maturity in these areas.
- Lead or sponsor cross-functional projects and initiatives which support employee experience.
- Assess cultural impact of human resources or talent related processes, procedures and changes.
- Act as a member of the management and leadership team at Visions. Participate in and report to organizational committees as assigned.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and advise as appropriate in all functional areas of Human Resources or DEIB.
- Review operating policies, procedures, objectives, and goals for each area of responsibility to ensure that they support strategic direction of Visions.
- Direct short and long-term departmental planning and development, including succession planning for key positions and functions.
- Oversee all vendor relationships and ensure that contractual obligations, service level agreements, and compliance standards are being met. Intervene as needed.
- Participate in strategic planning or other enterprise functions as requested.
- Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
- Perform other duties needed to help fulfil our mission, drive our strategy, and support our organization’s values.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- This position would minimally require a bachelor’s degree in the field of Human Resources or related field.
- At least 7 years related experience working directly in multiple HR disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years Human Resources leadership experience.
- Experience working with DEIB and/or Employee Experience programs or initiatives
- Knowledge of various federal, state, and HR-related laws, rules, and regulations.
- Experience working with Executive Leadership.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- More than 10 years related experience.
- Senior leadership experience.
- SHRM or comparable HR Certification at time of hire or obtain certification within 1 year of being in role.
