Mentoring for Success
Each new employee or intern is automatically enrolled in the firm’s “Mentoring for Success” program, where new staff members are paired with a more experienced team member. As you progress in your career, your mentor will be a Principal and ultimately the Managing Principal. Your mentor changes every year so you have an opportunity to meet people and Principals in other departments, and share your thoughts, concerns or suggestions in a comfortable environment.
