Role SummaryRivian is looking for a High-Volume Contract Recruiter to help build our Field Sales Organizations across the country and inspire a shift towards renewable energy. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with the field businesses and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure we meet hiring targets. This individual must have full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments across multiple functions and regions. This role requires a Recruiter who can pivot direction with ease and have the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in an ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to help build Rivian’s field organizations , targeting high-performing candidates in hard-to-fill areas
- Support high-volume recruiting for non-exempt roles in several markets across the country
- Develop effective and proactive pipelining strategies to achieve hiring targets efficiently
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g., Business Field Leaders, HR, Finance, Comp, etc.)
- Work across functions and at all levels of the organization to collaborate and help influence action
- Conduct interview training with new managers and provide ongoing coaching of existing managers to ensure interviewing compliance
- Pull, analyze, and interpret data to create recruiting strategies in partnership with the business
- Surface opportunities to innovate and improve organizational efficiency continuously
Qualifications
- 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience; combination of agency and corporate highly preferred
- Must have experience handling a 30+ req load in customer-facing field based or high-volume environment with multiple hiring managers across different regions
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proven experience in successfully managing, prioritizing and closing jobs against a tight timeline
- Creative, resourceful, and out of the box thinker with the ability to source top talent outside of generic job boards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of integrity
