Responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition & HR team. This role will focus on facilitating all aspects of the recruitment process to include all pre and post hire activities. The role will also provide support to the business as an HR representative for projects, initiatives, and employee relations/performance issues. This role will assist with coordinating various tasks such as record-keeping, payroll, HRIS, recruiting, unemployment, projects. Responsibilities: Coordinates all logistical aspects of the Talent Acquisition process. Serves as liaison for recruiters; responds to general recruiting inquires of applicants and employees. Tracks all candidate progression in our applicant tracking system (System: SAP/Successfactors) and makes updates as appropriate to status as required. Updates and maintains all candidate profiles as appropriate and confirms all relevant data is captured and tracked. Coordinates the interview process for all internal and external candidates. Creates and routes offer letters for approval. Initiates background checks and post offer hiring process. (Vendor: OrangeTree Employment Services) Analyzes all pre-employment candidate/new hire paperwork, reviewing for accuracy and completeness. Supports onboarding activities as assigned. Maintains compliance with TA/HR policies and procedures. Helps to problem solve employee and system issues with the business. Advises employees and managers on policy interpretations and how we've applied policies and practices in the past. Responds to questions from walk-in traffic and calls including calls that are forwarded by the HR Service Center. (Payroll system: UKG) Creates, updates, and distributes spreadsheets and various reports (i.e., headcount and turnover reports, compensation statistics, etc., employee relations spreadsheet). Tracks and analyzes department metrics; presents data and feedback to the business as needed (i.e., exit interview data, quarterly turnover data, etc.). Monitors record retention program to ensure the HR department is compliant. Maintains all department paper and electronic records via data entry, filing, purging, etc.; includes electronic storage of job descriptions. Organizes special events including pre-event activities. Monitors and responds to unemployment claims. Executes transactions in HRIS (i.e., job codes, transfers, other personnel actions). Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite. Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
