We are seeking a solution-oriented and strategic HR Business leader to support senior executives and their teams in a global environment. You will be part of both the HR Leadership Team and Business Unit leadership teams and will have the opportunity to construct, implement and measure HR solutions specific to business needs and growth achievement, and you will be part of a dynamic and evolving team where your ability to contribute as a leader is welcome. **Job Responsibilities:** Operate as the HR Business Partner and leadership team member to one or more assigned business units to ensure that people strategy is aligned with business strategy and adds impact and value to the business Lead implementation and delivery of all people strategy and programs in partnership with COE leaders and teams for assigned business units Provide coaching and thought partnership to wide variety of needs across multiple leadership teams; influence across all leadership, management and employee levels Manage and ensure collaboration of matrix team including center of excellence partners from across HR and the broader organization. (e.g employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, finance, payroll, HR operations, legal etc) Lead and manage activities and communications related to change management based on new global HR programs, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations. Utilize HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations **Qualifications and Experience:** Bachelor's Degree required 10+ years of experience as an HR generalist or a combination of generalist and specialist experience Proven success of partnering with senior executive management teams in mid to large, early stage and/or high growth global environments Strong business and financial acumen Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to lead the big picture strategy as well as the detailed execution path Working knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation Experience working in global teams with demonstrated ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization High level of integrity, confidentiality and discretion Excellent problem-solving, judgement and decision-making skills within nuanced and confidential situations Strong written, verbal and presentation skills Expert knowledge of MS Office 365 tools, experience with Oracle HCM preferred Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical or similar related industries preferred **Why Cytel?** Cytel is a Global CRO providing ground-breaking biostatistical software and services to large pharma and emerging Biotech clients globally.
