## About the job**Job Overview**We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws, and enhancing employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience with HR software such as Paycor, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.**Responsibilities**- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.- Maintain accurate employee records through data entry and management of HR databases.- Support benefits administration by assisting employees with inquiries and processing benefit enrollments.- Conduct employee evaluations and provide support in performance management processes.- Collaborate on organization design initiatives to optimize workforce efficiency.- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies.- Coordinate various HR projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.- Prepares and analyze departmental reports such as Overtime, Turnover Reports, Attendance Tracking and Hiring- Manage employee's timecard weekly- Manage supplies in the facility like cleaning company and others- Creates PO for purchase, maintain PO record, process invoices.- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to address inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.**Requirements**- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.- Experience with HR software systems such as Paycor is highly desirable.- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.- Knowledge of employment labor laws and best practices in human resources.- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with employees and management.- Experience in project management is a plus, demonstrating the ability to lead initiatives from conception to execution.- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.- Spanish is a plusJoin our team as a Human Resources Coordinator where you can make a significant impact on our workforce while developing your career in human resources.
