Job Summary
A manufacturing company located in Evanston is seeking a temporary Senior HRIS Manager to support their team during a transition period. This is a contract position with an estimated length of 2 months. This role will work 1-2 days a week onsite in Skokie. This is strictly a contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Dayforce modules, conduct testing and prepare People Team for usage
Create training on the modules for presentation to the wider company
Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations & workflows
Ensure accurate data processing and compliance with standards & regulations
Define system requirements, manage vendor implementations & provide expertise for new features
Implement HRIS projects, manage tasks, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop tech solutions & automate processes
Conduct regular data audits to ensure integrity & provide insightful reports
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience with HCM systems including Dayforce.
Strong understanding of HR processes & data management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
Proven ability with system configurations, integrations, & troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, & project management skills.
Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
Experience with data analysis & reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Knowledge of API integrations & custom interface management.
Experience in training & supporting end users.
