Contract: 16 month fixed-term contract, starting June 2025 IGT is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join us on a maternity cover basis. The successful candidate will have responsibility for local HR functions across our offices in the UK, Malta, Gibraltar, Ireland, Spain, and France, with a total headcount of just under 250 employees. This is an exciting time to join IGT as we prepare for an upcoming transaction, with a planned merger in 2025. The role will involve exposure to both pre- and post-sale activities, and the ideal candidate will support senior business leaders within the PlayDigital business unit (online iGaming) across Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial departments. **What You'll Do** Act as a trusted HR consultant to employees and managers, providing expertise and consulting to solve business challenges. Coach and advise managers and employees by identifying issues, evaluating solutions, and implementing selected actions, including performance development and employee engagement initiatives. Manage investigations into complaints and concerns, assess root causes, and recommend corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with management teams to conduct and analyze organizational assessments (e.g., Employee Pulse Checks, performance metrics, training) and provide data-driven recommendations. Oversee the staffing process, including salary recommendations and approvals. Ensure compliance with local legal requirements by staying current with existing and new legislation, liaising with legal counsel when needed, and advising management on necessary actions. **About You** 5-8 years of Generalist/HR Business Partner experience, supporting multiple local and remote teams. Proven success in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with a track record of achieving measurable business impact. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; able to establish and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to analyze and utilize data to influence business decisions. Experience in change management practices, organizational design, and development. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines calmly and efficiently.
