The Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing sourcing category strategies supporting business profit centers, support functions, and shared services. This position works closely with IT, Finance, Risk, Legal, and other stakeholders to manage Source-to-Pay (S2P) strategies that drive significant value and impact for operations and profitability. The Strategic Sourcing Manager sets the direction for multiple category areas, driving opportunities to capture cost benefits and service enhancements. This role specializes in one or more spend categories and establishes objectives for these categories, developing priorities for short-term and long-term sourcing plans. Additionally, the manager oversees and adjusts the execution of sourcing and procurement strategies, leads the development and execution of reporting and tracking mechanisms, reports on sourcing strategies and performance, drives cross-functional category teams in change management and contract life-cycle efforts, enhances the definition of procurement requirements and operational needs, supports the implementation of enterprise-wide S2P tools, and drives continuous improvement and operational efficiencies. Essential Skills
+ Minimum 8 years experience delivering category-specific sourcing service, strategic sourcing, supplier/category management, and contract/compliance management.
+ Minimum of 8 years of relevant sourcing and category management experience for a large-scale operation, including assembling, leading, and managing cross-functional teams.
+ Demonstrated track record of success leading major strategic sourcing and vendor management programs across a range of indirect/professional/mortgage business services categories.
+ eProcurement/eSourcing technology experience, particularly with 'Conga'.
+ Experience in a similar industry (non-negotiable).

+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
