Join Our Team as an HR Sr. Coordinator in Associate Relations!**
We are excited to assist a client in recruiting for an onsite position as an HR Sr. Coordinator in Associate Relations (AR). This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a smart, talented team and make a significant impact!
**Location:** Onsite in Richmond, VA, McLean, VA, or Wilmington, DE
**Type:** Contract (2 months)
**Pay rate:** $ 32.90
**Hours:** Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM

+ **Operational Efficiency:** Perform Workday system testing and troubleshooting, minimizing system issues through swift resolution.

+ **Continuous Improvement:** Create and maintain job aids, conduct system training for newly hired AR team members, and develop ad hoc trainings as needed.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Utilize our Workday test environments to perform User Acceptance Testing and troubleshoot Workday disciplinary action system issues.
+ Engage with associates, people leaders, AR team members, or HR partner groups to resolve system issues and coach on appropriate steps/procedures.
+ Create and maintain job aids to assist the AR team with system steps and procedural guidance.
+ Conduct system training for newly hired AR team members; develop and run ad hoc trainings as needed.
+ Participate as a team member in agile pod work to enhance the Workday Recruiting experience.
**What We're Looking For:**
+ **Experience:** At least 1 year of customer service or employee relations/HR generalist experience.
+ **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with GSuite and at least 1 year of Workday disciplinary action experience (performance plans, final warnings, etc.).
+ **Analytical Abilities:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated customer service skills, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
+ **Organizational Skills:** Ability to manage multiple priorities, proactively identify and solve problems, and adapt to change quickly.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 2-3+ years of system administration experience.
+ 2+ years of process management experience.
+ 1+ year of training or communications experience.
+ Experience working in an Agile environment.
