Our client, a dynamic player in the Global Distribution sector, is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join their team. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting approximately 250 employees across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive attitude that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

Location: Livermore, CA

Pay Range: Up to $32 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, including New Hire Orientations and exit data processing.
  • Assist the Corporate Recruiting team with coordinating new hire paperwork and orientations.
  • Act as the local HRIS expert, providing training on ADP Workforce Now.
  • Maintain employee personnel and medical files for the branch.
  • Support management with performance evaluations and assist in the progressive discipline process.

What's Needed?

  • Previous HR experience supporting 250+ employees required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with superior judgment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects.
