Job Profile Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Learning Experience Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the learner experience, understands adult learning principles, and has a strong process improvement mindset.
The preferred candidate will also have experience in building digital learning experiences that include modern technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps, Gen AI/Agentic, etc ). In this role, you will design, develop, and implement automation solutions and applications to improve the learner experience. Applying adult learning theories and principles to the design and delivery of these solutions is also expected. The goal is to enhance user/learner experience, scalability and efficiency in operational tasks through automation.
Additionally, this role will be instrumental in advancing the use of Gen AI developer tools in the learning space, with an initial focus on Gen AI video development tools. This position will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand learning needs and translate them into effective learning experiences , and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

We'll count on you to provide a holistic creative output by looking at the total digital learning solution including the discovery, design and development to meet business needs and guide management in taking actions.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Leads the development, production and distribution of digital learning programs and products to support internal client and external customer needs.
May lead cross-functional teams to develop creative digital learning solutions including developing strategies, creative concepts, script writing and technology proposals.
Provides consultation to senior management and project leadership to determine desired outcome of projects and to help clients understand the need for a return on digital learning investments. Follows company standards in graphics, video, learning and content.
Recommends best practices based on metrics; what worked, what didn't work, how to improve.
Maintains knowledge of business unit's strategic priorities, vision and organizational environment to effectively respond to requests for marketing.
Typically specializes in digital learning production role; the creation of digital learning, video, and multimedia productions; the planning and production of digital learning for multiple uses; interactive design, graphic design.
Assists with developing creative learning strategies with senior leadership. Supports the effective use of social learning as an extension of creative learning strategy.
Reviews current technology in fields of interactive (web) development and graphic design, video, social media, and digital learning. Identifies improved methods, materials, equipment, and resources that may benefit department productivity.
Responsible for adhering to production project budget, planning, management, reporting, administration and measurement.
May provide recommendations on the use of outside resources including contractors, freelancers, photographers, audio/visual vendors, print vendors, and specialty item vendors. Negotiates contract terms and agreements through appropriate channels.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to Manager/Director/AVP. This is an individual contributor role; may have opportunity to lead team based on organizational structure. May also be responsible for virtual/project teams.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate studies in art, visual design, video/movie productions, communications, journalism, advertising or related creative services field; degree preferred.
Experience: Typically, eight or more years related experience in digital learning positions or related fields. Expertise in Lectora, Captivate, Storyline or other eLearning development tools.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning methodologies and processes, usability, learning trends, video production, and/or graphic design. Knowledge of company structure, organizational dynamics and strategies and priorities. Validated knowledge of consulting skills used to advise clients on creative execution, effective delivery, and value to the organizations. Customer-focused orientation. Experience with learning development software like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora or other related software. Commitment to education, training, innovation and development activities. Written skills for the creation and delivery of projects and interaction with management and learning teams. Ability to set priorities, manage time, organize work, and meet deadlines., ,
