- Managing disciplinary actions and terminations
- Processing payroll with a third-party provider
- Resolving personnel conflicts
- Conducting new hire training and orientation
- Overseeing attendance, accrued points, and time-off requests while
ensuring minimal operational impact
- Handling state unemployment claims and staffing needs
- Managing employee benefits and wage garnishments
- Maintaining personnel records
This entry-level role requires professionalism, teamwork, and competence
in all listed tasks. While HR education is a plus, it is not required.
