Martin Interconnect Services, a family-owned, team-oriented company that

Resources team member. This leadership role involves both departmental

responsibilities and direct engagement on the floor. As the face of the

company, HR team members are the first and last point of contact for

employees, visitors, and community partners, embodying the companys core

values. While experience and education are a plus, they are not

required. Salary is based on experience and education.

The ideal candidate must have integrity, fairness, and respect for all

employees. They should advocate for employees while balancing company

interests, be a strong team player, and communicate effectively across

language barriers. Building and leveraging diverse relationships is key,

along with problem-solving, adaptability, and decisive yet thoughtful

action. A strong work ethic, reliability, self-motivation, and excellent

organization and time management skills are essential.

As a member of the HR team at Martin Interconnect Services, you will

work collaboratively to ensure compliance with corporate policies and

handle various HR functions, including:

- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees

- Managing disciplinary actions and terminations

- Processing payroll with a third-party provider

- Resolving personnel conflicts

- Conducting new hire training and orientation

- Overseeing attendance, accrued points, and time-off requests while

ensuring minimal operational impact

- Handling state unemployment claims and staffing needs

- Managing employee benefits and wage garnishments

- Maintaining personnel records

This entry-level role requires professionalism, teamwork, and competence

in all listed tasks. While HR education is a plus, it is not required.
