What You'll Do: As a Human Resources Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, responsible for front-line Human Resource leadership supporting multiple sites located in the West Region. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. This position provides HR program and strategy execution across a full spectrum of Human Resources services to support operations and business initiatives. What We're Looking For: Partner with site leadership and HR COEs in executing HR strategies and initiatives, including but not limited to onboarding, employee hire to retire lifecycle, talent acquisition, training and development, employee engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, strategic workforce planning and other site-specific HR work that is critical to provide effective support. Administer Human Resource policies and procedures; conducting investigations, providing counsel and advice to employees and managers on Human Resource polices/practices/procedures. Handles routine labor relations inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements. Supports the Labor and Relations team on complex matters and contract negotiations. Managing day-to-day employee relations activities for the business. As a member of the plant leadership team, supporting/directing cultural and employee engagement initiatives as well as serving as a participant and advisor during strategic alignment process. Promoting and maintaining a positive and respectful working environment. Possessing and modeling the organization's cultural values reflecting a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, accountability and measurement of results. Providing and analyzing HR data to support recommendations for change. Supporting and managing HR systems to ensure legal compliance. Leading and completing other miscellaneous projects as necessary.
