Job Summary:
The Safety Manager is responsible for implementing and overseeing safety programs to ensure a safe working environment on all construction sites. This role includes conducting site inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing safety training to employees and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety Program Implementation:
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to comply with OSHA and other regulations.
- Update safety programs as needed to enhance safety performance.
Training and Education:
- Conduct safety orientation and training sessions.
- Maintain and distribute safety training materials.
Site Inspections:
- Perform regular safety inspections and audits.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Incident Management:
- Investigate accidents and near-misses.
- Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
Regulatory Compliance:
