Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR processes, including payroll compliance, salary reviews, and talent management.
- Utilize HR systems to manage transactions, generate reports, and track key HR metrics.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in compliance projects, training programs, and organizational initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance HR support services and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of HR experience.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.
