Position Summary
The Implementation Consultant , plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for our clients as they onboard onto company services. They contribute to the successful implementation and integration of our Payroll and HR Solutions, enabling our clients to streamline their processes and achieve their business objectives. Also responsible for leading a client's full implementation by understanding their requirements and configuring our solutions to meet their needs. They use a consultative approach to enable our clients to utilize our solutions to their fullest potential.

Position Summary
The Implementation Consultant , plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for our clients as they onboard onto company services. They contribute to the successful implementation and integration of our Payroll and HR Solutions, enabling our clients to streamline their processes and achieve their business objectives. Also responsible for leading a client's full implementation by understanding their requirements and configuring our solutions to meet their needs. They use a consultative approach to enable our clients to utilize our solutions to their fullest potential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide clients with implementation services for our Time & Labor Management ("TLM”) product
- Evaluate and fully understand client needs, business practices and challenges as it relates to the product implementation process
- Utilize discretion and judgement to prioritize a client's needs and guide the client towards the strengths of the system
- Develop system configurations based upon your advanced knowledge of the platform and the client's needs that support the client's business processes and end goals
- Identify and recommend product customizations and/or additional product offerings to enhance the client's experience
- Assume ownership of client's Statement of Work, ensuring all requirements are met timely
- Work closely with other internal departments during the client implementation process to identify deliverables and ensure client's go-live date is on track
- Test and troubleshoot final system setup
- Provide the client with training and end-user support during the implementation process
- May assist in pre-sales product demonstration preparation
- Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously and efficiently
- Manage any post-implementation client activities in tandem with the hyper-care support team (post go-live date) and ensure client's transition to the client support team is seamless
- Must complete specialized intellectual instruction developed by UKG on a quarterly basis in order to maintain an advanced knowledge of the system
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
- Strong oral & written business communication skills
- Technology enthusiast – excited about learning new technology; fast learner
- Experience with Time & Labor systems
- UKG Time & Labor Experience is a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT or other related field; if no degree, candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of implementation experience
- Minimum 2 years of Time & Labor implementation experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (Payroll or Time & Labor)
