As the HR Generalist you will represent the HR Department and will be responsible for all HR functions including: recruitment of top talent, benefits administration, team member relations, enforcing policies, ensuring employment compliance, coordinating training programs, and processing payroll. This position will collaborate closely with Management and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications include a passion for the people-element of an organization and a strong desire to recruit and retain the best. 1-2 years of hands-on HR experience with payroll, employment compliance, employee relations, benefits administration and recruiting is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and computer skills are essential to this position. PHR or SHRM-CP Certification is a plus!
